Unrivaled Support

On every trip with us, you’ll feel supported from the moment you meet our guides each morning until you reluctantly bid goodnight after a fun-filled day. Our guides are trained to provide the personal attention you need to feel comfortable on your bike, assist you in navigating the daily rides, and are always on hand, even if you just need a water refill. We handle everything and more, so you don’t miss a moment of the fun.

Certified Guides

Did you know that every Trek Travel guide undergoes rigorous mechanical training crafted by leading experts in the field? This means that all of our guides are knowledgeable in everything from adjusting electronic Di2 to swiftly repairing a broken chain. They’re a blend of electrical engineer, carbon specialist, mechanical guru, and your travel host. With their wealth of experience and know-how, our guides elevate every trip, ensuring each experience is unforgettable and delightful. You’ll know that they’re the best of the best when it comes to keeping you safe, happy, and comfortable throughout your journey.

Exceptional Guides

Each of our trips has a minimum of two First-Class Guides. We always have one guide in our support vehicle and the other cycling alongside you. They’ll fill up your water bottles and when you need a break, they’ll shuttle you to the next location.

Trained Mechanics

Our guides are trained bike mechanics ready to quickly fix any flat and change your saddle height to make sure you’re safe and comfortable on the road.

Travel Concierge

Off the bike, our guides are at your service to help you with anything you need—massage appointments, wine suggestions, or to find that special local treat you’re craving.

Personal Photographers

We make certain that your memories of a lifetime live on. At the end of each trip, guests are provided with a collection of photos that allow them to relive their experience.

The Best Rest Stops

Our guides provide a buffet of treats on our snack tables including energy bars, hydration tablets, local specialties, and of course peanut M&Ms. They’ll also add some encouragement to get you on your way.

Luggage Transfers

We will ensure that your bags are safely transferred and delivered to your hotel. On most of our Classic trips, porterage service is also included so you can just arrive, unpack, and relax.
