The outdoors, bikes, hikes, good music, good food, good wine, good stories, sunshine, travel, friendly people...Sounds a bit like this job actually.
How to choose just one? They’re all good, and that’s why I’m here. Riding Ventoux on a crisp fall day, cruising down coastlines in Croatia or Mallorca, the Alps or Dolomites as the snow melts off the peaks and wildflowers start to bloom, the iconic cobbled climbs of the Tour of Flanders, silky smooth roads through rolling poppy fields & forests in Czech or Austria, dodging sheep through the rugged Gap of Dunloe & Healy Pass in Ireland, or exploring any hilltop town in Italy, France, or Spain could all rank up there... As far as personal rides go, I might have to say a Cross-Canada tour in 2009 which eventually led me to this job.
