Take in all the sights in a leisurely fashion on the water and under the sun. This afternoon you can enjoy the city at your leisure. Cesky Krumlov offers plenty of interesting attractions, including the Egon Schiele Art Centrum or the Marionette museum. If you did not make it to mountain Kleť yesterday, you can take time to hike, bike or enjoy a fast chairlift up to the top. This evening, our local guide will meet the group for a private walking tour of Ceský Krumlov. On the tour, you’ll learn about the great history of this medieval village and maybe even see a bear or two living in the castle moat. On all of our vacations, Trek Travel strives to find quiet, paved secondary roads or bike paths to experience a region; busy roads are avoided as much as possible. Our itineraries are an approximation of our trips. Trek Travel strives to offer every guest a vacation of a lifetime on every trip. At times routes, hotels, activities, etc. listed here may change at the discretion of the trip designer or guides to improve the trip experience.
The terrain is gentle rolling hills and smaller roads with very light traffic the first three days of our trip. When we reach the Danube River, we will be riding mostly on beautiful (and flat) bicycle paths. Prague to Vienna is best suited for our Type 1/2 Riders. Our Trek Travel guides can also easily accommodate Type 1 Riders, who seek less mileage or fewer uphills, with a boost in the van. Those who wish to ride every mile but are concerned about their physical ability may want to try our electric bike option–you still get a workout but can climb alongside even the strongest rider. Type 2+ Riders will enjoy the extra mileage the avid route options offer.
We suggest that you arrive at least one day prior to the trip start, which will enable you to adjust to the time zone and minimize the risk of missing the trip start due to flight-related delays. We recommend that you fly into Prague, Czech Republic (PRG) and then take a taxi to your hotel or Day 1 pickup hotel, Hotel Josef, Rybná 20, CZ - 110 00 Praha 1. A taxi from the airport will cost about 500 Czech Koruna ($30-$40). Alternatively, take the Cedaz airport shuttle to your hotel or Day 1 pickup hotel. Cedaz runs every 30 minutes from PRG. Cost is about 150 CZK ($8). www.Cedaz. CZ/About-Transport-Airport-Prague.php
At the end of your trip, a private shuttle will take you to Vienna South Train Station or Vienna Airport (VIE).

Prague is a maze of narrow streets and small squares, with Baroque buildings and enchanting corners. It’s wonderful to get lost in it, but there are places that you really shouldn’t miss. The Church of Saint Nicholas, located in the Little Quarter, is one of the most beautiful Baroque churches in Europe - it is a sight to behold. A walk on Charles Bridge, with its 31 groups of statues, is a must-see as well. For those who have a passion for music, the Mozart Museum offers them the chance to see the place where the great composer lived when in Prague. We recommend the following accommodations for your pre-trip hotel:
