Activity Level: Level 3
Terrain: Hilly
The terrain is consistently hilly, unfolding along quiet, narrow, and winding roads. You’ll ride primarily on well‑paved surfaces that weave through rugged mountains and along Sardinia’s dramatic coastline, offering a mix of challenging climbs and exhilarating descents. At times, the road surfaces can feel coarse and weathered. It’s also worth noting that on certain days you’ll share the road with cars and motorcycles—particularly on the Day 2 mountain pass, a popular and rewarding ride with breathtaking views.
Our Sardinia bike tour is best suited for Level 3 riders. Level 2 riders eager to experience every mile but mindful of their physical limits, our electric bike option offers a comfortable and enjoyable solution. Level 4 riders will enjoy the extra mileage and elevation the avid route options offer.
