More than anything, I love a good story. For more than 25 years, I’ve made my name as a professional storyteller, and I love to read, write, and to hear and share in other peoples’ stories. I also love extended travel and live life on the road, waking up each day in a new place, seeking out new adventures, and connecting with new people.

I love playing music and jamming with other people! I play guitar, piano, and used to play fiddle in a bluegrass band in Austin. I also love playing sports, specifically beach volleyball, which I picked up while living in Florida. Lastly, I love staying active outside! Some of my favorites include rock climbing, camping, and of course, biking!

When I’m not cycling, I love skiing, but more than anything else, I love connecting with the people I meet while I’m outdoors, getting to know their stories and trying to live their experiences through their words.

I love being outdoors! In the summer you can find me rock climbing, running and on my e-bike, and during the winter I love to backcountry ski and snowboard.

I love playing sports and socializing with my friends. I also love to cook and host people for dinner parties.

Love farming with my father in the village—I feel alive spending time with him.

When not riding bikes, one of my favorite things is to hang out with friends while exploring new places. I love the mountains, calligraphy, all things crafty, dogs and cats, and finding new recipes that are delicious, healthy, and easy to make.

When I’m not cycling, I love going fishing, playing basketball, and having a coffee by the sea, followed by a walk along the coast.

Being by the ocean is my favourite. I love to surf even though I am not very good…yet!

Besides cycling—pretty obvious, right?—I’d say watching sports. Because if I’m not out there suffering on the bike, I might as well enjoy watching others do it.

Reading and exploring new ideas, places and having great experiences. I am a medical doctor and I love medicine. In my free time, I love playing sports, traveling and spending time with my family and our dog Aron.

When I’m not cycling, you’ll find me embracing the great outdoors in one way or another. Whether it’s hiking, camping, or skateboarding, I’m always up for a challenging adventure. I’m also a passionate runner, coaching youth track and field while training for marathons myself. Beyond the trails and roads, I also have a deep love for music of all kinds; as it is a universal language and one of the best ways to connect with people.

I absolutely love being outside in any way: hiking, camping, skateboarding, birding. I also love habitat restoration.

When I’m not cycling, I enjoy spending my time taking photos, making coffee and hiking with my dog, Bentley.

I’m a husband and father of the two most beautiful little girls. My family gives me a meaningful life! When I’m not cycling you can find me playing music in local bars around town, windsurfing in the channel, or fishing on my wooden Dalmatian boat.

I love language. Not one in particular but the very concept of it. The way we use it in our interpersonal interaction, or intrapersonal for that matter. The way art communicates profound thoughts and feelings through time and space. I love to discover what makes us tick and do the things we do. I hope to have at least a tiny bit of impact into making the world a more compassionate place.

Aside from riding my bike, there is so much more that I look forward to when I’m not working. I love meeting new people and spending quality time with my family and friends. I have gotten a reputation for really enjoying a tasty hotdog, which I do, especially at Costco or a Baseball game! If it ain’t bikes, it’s books! Reading is my absolute favorite thing, and if you want to see an introvert become an extrovert, just ask me what I’m currently reading.

I truly love riding my bike! When I can’t, I’m hanging with my rescue dogs. On the sofa or in the woods they make my day.

I love physical activity and outdoor recreation. Rock climbing, whitewater kayaking, mountain biking, and running are some of my favorite activities to do. Additionally, I have a chronic sweet tooth, so I’m constantly working on improving my baking skills, particularly when it comes to making cookies and pies.

In my free time, I love cooking and trying new recipes. I also cherish spending time with my family, whether it’s sharing a meal, going for a bike ride, or simply relaxing together.

I love all outdoor activities, but my favorites, aside from cycling, are surfing and hiking in the mountains. I try to surf as much as possible during the off-season and enjoy quality time with friends and family, surrounded by nature. I also have a passion for cooking and reading a good book.

When I’m not cycling, I love immersing myself in music by playing the piano, listening to tunes, and dancing. I also enjoy the thrill of hiking through nature and bodyboarding in the powerful waves of both the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans.

When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family and close friends. I enjoy starting my mornings with a good training session, trying out new recipes in the kitchen, and exploring new places whenever I get the chance.

When I’m not cycling I’m usually outside climbing. I also spend my time writing articles and doing photography.

Pets, karaoke, good coffee, morning breeze, and a cold water dip.

I love cruising on my surfskate and traveling in my camper van, reaching unknown destinations and unwinding in a plastic chair with a cup of tea.

Hiking is my favourite activity, especially in the mountains, even better with my dogs.

Cycling is one of my many loves! Having studied Fine Art, I’m a lover of creative expressions. I have spent time painting murals, doodling in my sketch book, and working with textiles. I love observing plants and animals in nature and spent a season gardening in New Zealand. I’m also an adrenaline junky, with a love for snowboarding and mountain biking.

I love spending time with friends and family—skiing, bikepacking, travelling, and getting out of my comfort zone.

I love cycling, all cycling (road, gravel, mountain, fat and Rouvy). But when I’m not cycling, I love spending time with friends and family, donuts, yoga, chocolate chip cookies, working out, traveling, scuba diving/snorkeling, adventure, running (a little), road trips, more donuts, and, most of all, spending time with my wife.

I always look forward to making sawdust on some woodworking project in the backyard, especially if there is no plumbing involved!

When I’m not cycling, I love traveling to new places, scuba diving, and looking for critters!

I’m passionate about riding bikes, exploring the world, and connecting with people and cultures. Family means everything to me, and I love sharing meaningful moments with them. Music, books, and a constant desire to learn inspire me every day, reminding me that life’s beauty lies in the journey and the lessons we gather along the way. I juggle back and forth from being outside as much as possible to working on a million home improvement projects! I have bikepacked on four continents and it’s my absolute favorite thing to do when I have free time. Day to day I love to cook, read, and an occasional video game binge when the sun goes down.

Being outdoors, whatever the weather and exploring whenever I can. If I’m not cycling I like to be skiing, hiking, or finding some other new sport to try.

When I’m not cycling, I enjoy teaching science and robotics to Middle School and High School students, gardening with my daughter, playing guitar, and learning new stuff!.

I am very passionate about woodwork and fishing. Essentially solitude-based activities to balance out the amazing connections I get to make throughout my guiding season. If I am by the ocean I will be found in it, on my paddle board or surf board.

I love exploring places, eating out, reading in coffee shops, observing life, and spending time with loved ones.

I love my sweetheart dogs named Boo and Kuma, everything that brings me outside and close to nature and sharing my feelings, my emotions, and my adventures through photography.

When I am not cycling, I love skiing, snowboarding, and skinning with family and friends. Cooking, gardening, reading, and spending time with my wife and our 2 dogs recharges me.

When I’m not cycling I love surfing, snowboarding, scuba diving, and playing table tennis.

I’m passionate about watching my daughter grow up, enjoying morning walks along the ocean, and cheering on my favourite football team.

Many, many, many things…and I wish I had more than just one life to do more. But I would say when I am not cycling, I love to play the guitar, and do some water sports such as swimming, wind-foiling, or some free-diving. Life also led me to learn some dance footwork when I was younger.

I love farm-to-table food, a unique cocktail, exploring new places and connecting with locals, game night with friends, finding hidden gems of restaurants, college football games, traveling with my husband, Joe, and the Tar Heels!

When I’m not cycling you can find me outside doing other activities. Running, hiking, snowboarding, or riding motocross. My time to relax is usually spent cleaning or tooling on my sports gear. Or drinking a beer at the local chiringuito is something I can’t go without.

Playing guitar, pick-up soccer games, bike packing to remote spots where I can camp and hike, and Sunday strolls is where I spend most my time when I am not guiding. I love trying anything new, too. If someone I know is passionate about it and wants to try it, I am game for it.

When I’m not on two wheels, I love active traveling, whether it’s skiing, surfing, hiking or even trying new things, for me it’s the best way to experience a new place in a totally different way. And food of course, it’s a big part of my travel experience and what I love the most, and I’m French so, you know, it’s a big deal for us!

I love big, human powered adventures in the outdoors, traveling, and live music.

When I’m not cycling (and when I am cycling), I am probably trying to find an animal I can pet and talk to. Cats, dogs, donkeys, etc.

When I’m not on my bike I enjoy climbing, backcountry skiing, croqueting, and cooking/eating delicious food.

I love being outdoors in nature, from forests to mountains, preferably with people. I enjoy hiking, backpacking, and riding my bike; traveling to new places; and celebrating our shared humanity through the beauty of diverse cultures.

When I’m not cycling or hiking, I love working out in the gym, scuba diving (specially in warm waters) and skiing!

In the off-season, I play with my nephews and work towards my nursing degree. When it’s not raining here in the PNW I bask in the sunlight, go on urban hikes, and explore the world on my Trek Checkpoint gravel bike.

I love the beauty of traveling—going on adventures, exploring new places, and, most importantly, connecting with people and locals to share authentic and meaningful moments!

What I absolutely love is adventures with friends and the more spontaneous the better! I love being in the outdoors, hiking, cycling, cold water dips, running, surfing, camping – you name it but if it is in nature, chances are I’m in!

I love everything about bikes! Not only riding, but tire pressures, gearing, racing, etc. Other than that, I take making espresso at home—far too seriously—and I always have a camera with me. I’m always down for tacos and going to see live music.

I love a good long breakfast and coffee with friends in the morning, taking pictures of benches, and dancing in the ktichen!

I love laughing with friends, pedaling my bike in nature, reading nerdy non-fiction books, and cooking up hearty meals and wild ideas. Oh, and the sun!

Generally just being outside! Whether that is on the seat of bicycle, scambling up a mountain or on top of a surfboard. I’m just a sucker for a stunning vista with a bit of adventure thrown in.

I love challenging myself! Whether on the bike or in one of my many passions. When I’m not cycling, I love being creative in the kitchen, making a delicious meal with layers of flavor. I love to sing, skateboard with my husband, and cycle around my desert home paradise in Palm Springs, admiring the incredible architecture.

I love everything to do with the sea: kayaking, surfing and fishing. Back on terra firma, I’m all about cycling and football (the one where you kick the ball)

Obsessed with cycling, addicted to backcountry skiing, and always chasing the next outdoor adventure. I love traveling, camping under the stars, and exploring new places. When I’m not on a bike or in the mountains, you’ll find me building campervans, renovating houses, or diving into my next big DIY project!

As well as road cycling, I love mountain biking and being outdoors. Back in NZ there are some great trails so it’s always fun to get out there with mates. I can’t say no to a good cafe stop either!

I love to be outside! Ski touring, mountain climbing, scuba diving, you name it! I also love to read, crochet, and spend time with my family in my free time.

I love guiding cycling trips full of nice and kind people! When I’m not guiding, I love taking trips with family and friends, bringing along skis, surfboards, and as few clothes as possible.

When I’m not cycling, I’m deeply passionate about exploring the rich culinary heritage of Italy. I love discovering hidden local trattorias, learning ancient recipes, and sharing these authentic flavors and making new friends. My dedication to wellness and personal growth keeps me constantly learning about nutrition and its impact on cycling performance. I also love photography and I like capturing the breathtaking landscapes of the Italy.

I’m a big fan of urban design and land use planning. I enjoy filming planes, trains, and automobiles with my son, and I love reading historical fiction.

When I’m off the bike, I love to paint, play video games on my Xbox, and take long motorcycle trips to find cool views.

When not cycling, I love listening to music (especially if it’s live) and reading endlessly on my kindle.

I love exploring what makes my soul shine, immersing myself in the moments and activities that fill me with bliss, and to guide everyone around me to uncover their own joy!

Besides riding all the bikes (I love gravel, trail riding, and road), I enjoy exploring the mountains of Western North Carolina by foot and kayak, volunteering with various bike advocacy organizations in my community, and spending time with my amazing family, friends and feline companion Remy.

When i’m not on my bike, I love skiing and all activities in the mountains! Nature is where my heart is.

When I’m not cycling, I love to spend my time tinkering with my 21 year old Mazda MX-5, cooking pizza, drinking good coffee and Belgian beers, and travelling with my family.

When I’m not cycling, I love spending time with my family, exploring the outdoors through hiking, sailing, and skiing as often as possible.

I love open-water swimming and hiking so I really enjoy guiding our Norway Fjordlands trip! If I have to be inside, I’ll either be playing the drums or working on some writing projects.

If I’m not on a ride, chances are very high that I am at a local coffee shop with a cortado in hand.

Ooh! I always bring my camera, and I love shooting analogue, the tactile feeling of loading a film is ace!

My happy place is mountain biking on fast single track or going on long gravel rides. When I am not biking I love playing guitar with friends, cooking great meals, and camping!

I, of course, love cycling and do it a lot. However, when not busy riding I keep busy making furniture, racing triathlons, managing the city’s community woodshop, and rescuing cats out of trees for their owners (Asheville Tree Top Cat Rescue). There is always some new adventure.

I love trail running and paragliding—it’s even better when I can combine the two!

It’s such a great big, beautiful world out there, and I love every single part of it. My family first, friends old and new, seeing new places, learning new things, sunshine, summer evenings, mountains, beaches, big climbs, fast descents, great food, an even better glass of wine, and experiencing every minute of every day…what’s not to love!

I dabble in many interests, including playing a ukulele with buddies (it sounds better when more people are playing…), finding folks to practice Spanish with, teaching some English on the side, keeping up with Longevity cross-fit class, laughing at late-night comedian clips, keeping up with Danf (Trek Travel guide and hubby) on the bike, and staying ahead of him on hikes.

When I’m not cycling, I spend my time in the mountains skiing or drinking fresh ground specialty coffee.

When I’m not cycling, I would normally be on some kind of adventure. I like to seek the extra in the ordinary on a daily basis. You’ll normally find me with a camera around my neck, sourcing and cooking good food, or on any type of handiwork or DIY mission.

Fresh coffee, wild dips, big views, being next to a fire, bakery goods, and live music.

Road trips on two or four wheels, travel and food make me happy. If you don’t catch me looking for the next adventure you might catch me looking through my telescope at the night sky.

Captivated by sunsets and sunrises, I live for those quiet, magical moments.

Bikepacking! Traveling with my bike gives me the ultimate feeling of freedom—carrying everything I need and sharing the adventure with fellow riders.

Traveling, theater, kayaking, meeting people, and staying very active with all sorts of sports.

Burning lungs gasping for air, heartrate pounding in your chest, screaming legs that feel like they’re on fire… and then the clicking sound of your competitors going up one gear. Bike racing, I love it! Other than hurting myself too much I also like taking care of my old Saab and enriching my vinyl collection.

Science, nature, sun, surfing, healthy food, and connecting with people. And a big love for music.

If I’m not out exploring on a bike, you can find me paddling a river, jumping in a lake, climbing a rock or finding the best burrito in town.
