The policies below are for any trip booked after 4/22/2024. If you have booked a trip before this date view our historical policies or give us a call at 866-464-8735 to view your cancellation policy options.

Future Trip Credit
If you choose a future trip credit with us, there is no expiration and you can redeem your credit on any trip destination.
Travel Protection
We recommend protecting your travel investment, your loved ones, and yourself.
We cannot make exceptions to this policy for any reason including personal emergencies, unexpected weather, natural disasters or terrorism. Trek Travel also reserves the right to cancel any trip using our discretion if the safety of our travelers or staff should be compromised. In the event of cancellation, Trek Travel is not responsible for any loss incurred for non-refundable travel costs.
