What’s Included In The Price?

Almost everything! We cover everything you need, as well as the things you didn’t realize you’d want. From guides who will WOW you to the incredible selection of Trek Bikes, to all those little things that turns your vacation into a vacation of a lifetime.

*Ride Camp trips with three or fewer guests may have one guide.
**Self-guided tours are not guided, please see FAQs

The Use of a Trek Bike and Gear

When it comes to bikes, we set the standard. Included in the price of your trip is the choice to ride one of our unprecedented premium quality Trek Bicycles. We have one of the largest selections of bike styles, frame sizes and equipment to ensure that your bike is perfectly fitted to your style of riding. We also carry pedals, saddles and the revolutionary Bontrager WaveCel helmets for your use, and will equip you with your own Trek Travel water bottles to keep. We also provide each guest with Garmin GPS computer and Trek’s brightest and newest taillight, the Flare R, on our entire bike fleet for all of our trips. Follow our bike fit plan to guarantee your bike is all ready for you when you arrive on your trip.

Customized Ride with GPS app experience

Now you can store your itinerary, guide info, and hotel contacts all within the Ride With GPS app on your phone or tablet. It’s a modern-day replacement to your standard vacation folder. You can also see each day’s route options and navigate with turn-by-turn directions right from your phone. And the best part? You don’t have to be connected to WiFi or data to use it.

On the first evening of your guided trip, and some evenings thereafter, we host a social hour to give everyone a chance to get better acquainted.

Snacks and drinks for each day’s ride

We have a buffet of treats on our snack (a.k.a. ‘feast’) table including (but not limited to) recovery beverages, energy bars, hydration tablets, and other healthy local specialties (as well as some not so healthy, but oh so good items). Of course, peanut M & Ms will be a cornerstone of our snack table as well. If you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies, please let us know.

Private tours, tastings, and entrance fees

We don’t want you to miss anything; it’s all a part of being exposed to the region after all. All of the cultural events that are mentioned in your itinerary are covered in the cost of your trip. Your souvenirs from the local markets are not.

The Details

We take the time necessary to investigate and research a region so that all the hiccups are smoothed out. All you have to do is enjoy the hidden cultural gems, smooth and scenic routes, mouth-watering meals, as well as memorable local personalities we’ve come to befriend.
