1. Pick Your Destination
We invite you to browse our extensive selection of incredible destinations. You can turn most of our regularly scheduled departures into a private tour just for you and your group – we recommend groups of 12+ or more for the best pricing – we believe that the more really is the merrier!
2. Choose Your Dates
Once you choose your favorite destination, it is time to pick from one of our available dates. The earlier the better for the best selection of available dates! We invite you to fill out our private trip request form below to get started, and a trip consultant will guide you through the details of booking a private tour for your group.
3. Enjoy Your Vacation
The details are in place. Your rooms are booked. Our outstanding guides are ready to host you and your group. Experience the private adventure tour of a lifetime exclusively with your closest friends or family.
How Private Trips Work
Private tours can range in cost based on your group size. You can find the typical pricing for your private trip on each trip page.
*Not all scheduled dates are convertible to private groups – a small number of trips and peak season dates may be excluded or may require “buy outs” equivalent to a larger group size. Pricing, availability, and guest minimums are all subject to change at any time.
