Training Programs

Curious on how to prepare for your active vacation of a lifetime? At Trek Travel, we understand that everyone arrives to their trip with a different level of fitness–some are first-time guests and some are avid athletes with a specific goal in mind. We recommend several different training program options for guests to decide which one suits their lifestyle and budget. The best part is that Trek Travel guests receive exclusive rates with our cycling, as well as our hiking and walking, training partners.

Prepare for your Cycling Vacation

Find your nearest Trek store and see if they have any group rides that you could take part in. They also have e-bikes available for demo and gear for your trip. You’ll also want to be in touch with them after your trip to buy your new bike with your Trek Travel coupon.

Our long-time partners at VisionQuest created a free program for all our Trek Travel cycling guests – Velocity. Velocity is an 8-class series that prepares any level of cyclist for a Trek Travel trip. You can receive immediate access by signing up here. Classes are on-demand and as a Trek Travel guest, you have unlimited access! Classes will help improve your fitness for your upcoming trip as well as educate each guest about the essentials for cycling in groups, cycling outside verses a stationary bike, and will address some common mistakes to avoid.
