Following introductions and a bike fitting to ensure your comfort throughout the week, your guides will share safety tips and route highlights before embarking on a scenic ride to Lake Caburgua and the renowned Huife Hot Springs. Pedaling through lush forests and rolling farmland, take in the mesmerizing views of Pucón's main attraction—the Villarrica Volcano. If luck is on our side, we might catch a glimpse of smoke billowing from this active volcano. Today’s adventure concludes with lunch and a relaxing soak in the hot mineral baths of Huife Hot Springs, followed by a shuttle back to the hotel. It's a glorious day to discover volcanoes! Our ride alongside the Trancura River takes us into Villarrica National Park where we are rewarded with views of the Villarrica, Quetrupillan and Lanin volcanoes. Along the way, we’ll stop in a rustic Mapuche village for fresh sopaipillas and jugo de frambuesa. If you're feeling up for a challenge, try the Avid option today and tackle the freshly-paved switchbacks that lead to the spine of the Andes Mountain... It's a glorious day to discover volcanoes! For those choosing the Today or Short option, your ride starts along the shores of Ranco Lake, Chile's third-largest lake. This morning's shuttle, while seemingly lengthy, offers stunning scenery and is essential to ensure you’re ready to fully enjoy the best part of the ride. Wake-up to the sounds and sights of nature with birds chirping and cows grazing around the property. Today you’ll pedal along smooth pavement towards a volcanic lake called Maihue. The ride back tracks along Ranco Lake then turns down a pristine road next to numerous rivers and stunning views of the Andes mountain range. The last few miles provide a picturesque descent to our lunch stop in Puerto Maqueo. We will dine in a lake-front cafe and perhaps go for a swim ... Today we shuttle south approximately two hours to Purranque where the Avid riders will embark. The rest of the group will continue to the charming German-settled town of Puerto Octay where you'll notice German influences in the architecture around every corner. En route, we will enjoy a casual lunch at a beach along Llanquihue lake. The gleami... Today you'll set off in the direction of the Osorno Volcano, but stay on it's southern edge as we visit Petrohue Falls. If your legs are ready for it, our Today and Avid riders will tackle the challenging climb to the base of the Osorno Volcano. From the top, we'll shuttle back down to the main road before continuing to Petrohue along the beautiful Todos los Santos Lake. Here you'll enjoy lunch at the Petrohue Lodge and afterwards, the choice is yours to ride or shu...
