Our knowledgeable Trip Consultants are dedicated to learning about you and your individual needs. They answer all of your questions and aid you in choosing a vacation that suits you.
Travel Assistance.
Our dedicated travel concierge team has intimate trip knowledge and a keen awareness for the details of getting to and from your Trek Travel trip. For a nominal fee we will reserve your flights and book your pre and post trip travel.
Exceptional Guides.
Each of our trips has a minimum of two First Class Guides. We always have one guide in our support vehicle and the other cycling along side you. They’ll fill up your water bottles, shuttle you up the hill, and carry extra layers.
Trained Mechanics.
Our guides are trained bike mechanics ready quickly to fix any flat and change your saddle height to make sure you’re safe and comfortable on the road.
Travel Concierge.
Off the bike, our guides are at your service to help you with anything you need—massage appointments, wine suggestions, or to find that special local treat you’re craving.
Personal Photographers.
Trek Travel makes certain that your lifetime memories live on. At the end of each trip, guests are provided with a collection of photos that allow them to relive their experience.
Rest Stops.
We have a buffet of treats on our snack table including Clif Bars, nuun hydration, local specialties, and of course peanut M&Ms.
Luggage Transfers.
We will ensure that your bags are safely transferred and delivered to your hotel room. On our luxury trips, porterage service is also included.
