Now that you’ve booked your trip, it’s time to dive into the information that will ensure your trip is a smooth and enjoyable experience. Please read the following sections to get prepared for your next adventure.
With one guest booked on a date, the trip becomes guaranteed. In the case where trips are at one or two guests (*some departures require a minimum guest count to guarantee. Check with your Trip Consultant to see if this applies to your trip.), we will contact you prior to final payment to give you the following options:
1. Pay a small trip fee of $500 per person for 2 guests, or $1,000 for one guest on a Signature trip; or $250 per person for 2 guests or $500 for one guest on a Ride Camp, which ensures your preferred trip date will run. If there are three or more guests before your departure date, this fee will be refunded in full.
2. Switch to a different trip or different departure date. Should there be any difference in trip price between your original trip and the new one, you will be expected to pay the difference, or we will refund you accordingly
Unexpected events can occur that may leave you with cancelled plans, lost luggage or medical expenses that you weren’t planning for. In order to help protect you, your traveling party, and your trip investment, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
Passports should have at least six months of validity when traveling internationally. This means that your passport’s expiration date should be at least six months after your final day of travel.

We understand that everyone arrives to their trip with a different level of fitness – some are first-time guests and some are avid cyclists with a specific goal in mind. So, we recommend several different training program options for guests to decide which one suits their lifestyle and budget.
Airfare, transportation to and from your trip’s meeting and departure locations, and lodging before and after your trip are not included in the trip price. To help with the rest of your planning, our Travel Services provide trusted resources and partners to streamline flights, accommodations, and more—so you can spend less time coordinating and more time getting excited for the adventure ahead.
Guide gratuities, which are not included in the trip price, are customary and left at your discretion to acknowledge exceptional service. Local currency is preferred, though most guides also accept PayPal or Venmo, and our staff can assist before or after the trip. Gratuities are shared among the guide team and may be given to any guide at the end of your trip; please see your trip page for recommended amounts.
We understand things happen in life and sometimes you have to cancel or change your trip. We want to make it as easy as possible to do so. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy on our website.
