Activity Level: Level 3, Level 4
Terrain: Hilly
The unpaved surfaces on our Girona and Costa Brava Gravel bike tour are rated as Advanced. About 80% of the riding is unpaved, primarily featuring smooth dirt roads, loose sections of gravel, singletrack, and doubletrack. Located between the Pyrenees and the Costa Brava in northeastern Spain, Girona features undulating terrain with rolling hills along the coast and more mountainous areas inland, with a particularly challenging route on Day 4. The support van will be stationed at key points along the route, as it can't always follow the entire route.
This tour is best suited for Level 4 Riders with gravel or singletrack experience. For those familiar with gravel riding and eager to experience every mile, yet mindful of their physical limits, our electric bike option offers a comfortable and enjoyable solution.
